Job Summary:

Scelzi is hiring for our Fresno, CA location and is seeking a Sales Support person. The Sales Support person is responsible for typing quotes/estimates, providing the quote(s) to the customer via email/fax, follow up on pending quotes, serve as the point of contact between outsides sales reps and shop advisers, manage and organize work orders, create spreadsheets as needed for tracking/logging orders, greet and assist walk-in customers. Candidate must type a minimum of 45 wpm, have knowledge of 10 key by touch, operate software programs i.e. Microsoft Outlook, Excel and knowledge of basic computer skills, able to multitask, have good communication skills both verbal and written, have the ability to prioritize and organize, the ability to proofread and pay attention to detail & must be a fast learner.

Essential Functions

1.Data Entry 45 WPM; types work orders.
2.Proofreads for spelling, layout, pricing errors, and making appropriate changes.
3.Responsible for accuracy and clarity of final copy.
4.Fax, email final quote to customers/dealerships.
5.Establishes, develops, and maintains filing system for all work orders.
6.Retrieve missing information as needed from customers/dealerships.
7.Works independently and within a team of Sales.
8.Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products.

Work Environment

This job operates in an office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

Physical Demands

This is largely a sedentary role; however, filing is required. This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand as necessary.

Required Education and Experience

1.Bachelors of Science Degree
2.At least 3+ years of strong organizational office experience.
3.At least 2+ years of Data Entry and 10 key by touch, computer skills, experience
4.At least 2+ years of customer service work experience
5.Must type at least 45 WPM
6.Valid Driver’s License
7. Drug test and physical required
